Will he recover ?

I am desperatley in search for an answer to know whether my son who is 6 yr old ,who till the moment he fell sick was actively running around and always have stood first in all areas of his school life. 2 days after , on a sudden after a mild fever ,he got up in the morning ,vomitting and strated to get double vision ,which we thought could be because of  long  travel he had after his vaccations.though he was taken to the hospital ,witthin 2 days of time he was down,his eyes got sruck ,unable to move his body .he went through series of MRI,EEG,Nerve conduction test and man many more test finally diagnosed to have Milller fischer syndrome . He was in coma for few days,& respiratory failure too. was put on ventilation for more than 10 days .tried IVIG & finally 5 phases of plasma pheresis. He is totally paralysed . Though his vision problem is rectified . he not even able to chew his food and given oral feed as well as a tracheostemt done. its been nearly 3 months but still no major recovery is to be seen. he is still on bed . cant talk either and still not able to move his hands & legs. he has started to move his head slowly around and slighty trying to hold things. he was put on ND tube to feed,but now on shifting  to NG tube ,he stared vomittiing severly with a green cloured passing of stool too.please do let me know.which stage of receovery is he going through? will he be ableto run around as before ? what more has to be done. he actively reponds to ourquestions with gestures and smiles. watches TV & CD's enjoys,laughs .....is it all a positive sign? please respond
