Woke up and couldn't walk

Did anyone just wake up one day and start stumbling and then a few days later couldn't walk without holding onto something?  Felt electric like sensations going from one side of my chest to the other. Went to the ER and had EKG, blood, urine MRI etc found nothing and was refered to a neurologist. Went to three different neurologist and no one has found anything. I have had four MRI's two CAT scans, nerve conduction test, ultrasound, numerous blood work. It has been 8 months and I still can't walk right. I feel like I am going to fall over to the right and that the floor is slipping out from under me and my legs stiffen up when I try to walk any distance at all. Absolutely cannot go into any big bright stores even holding onto a cart I feel like I am falling. I am seeing a blood specialist but so far nothing has been diagnosed. I have never been in any pain. Went to the ear specialist and eye specialist. I feel like I am going to lose my mind. When I am in my own house I can function okay but when I go any place else, it is horrible. I don't want to become a recluse but I am losing desire to try to do anything. I am supposed to start gait therapy next week. I did not have the flu or any sickness before this. I just woke up like this. I own a gym and have always worked out and have been very active. Now I am barely even going to work.
