Worried about Brain Tumour

Hello
I am very worried that I have a brain tumour.  My symptoms are this, for a year now, I have been experiencing facial pain, nose pain and throbbing between my eyes, bridge of my nose, forehead etc.  I keep having bad frontal headaches, earache, and now neck pain.  I feel dizzy - not like vertigo, more lightheadedness, and foggy all the time.  I have had two episodes of strange flashing zigzag lights in my vision.
In terms of tests have had one brain CT w/o contrast, 2 sinus ct scans and blood tests.
Have no other neurological symptoms.
Am scared it is a pituitary tumour or a brain tumour of some kind.

The docs have noe referred me to a pain clinic saying they have investigated all they can.  What should I do???

I did not get a chance to read this entire thread so I do not know if anyone has mentioned "Depression".  Years ago, I went through many of these similar problems with sinus problems, dizziness, and foggy vision.  After two years, sinus surgery, and at my wits end I finally ended up in front of a neurologist.  As I told him my story, he said "Oh you poor fellow" and shook his head.  He was the first doctor that suggested I was suffering from anxiety and depression manifisted into physical ailment.  At this point I was willing to try anything and just wanted the misery to stop.  He prescribed me 20 mg of prozac with 100mg of Neurontin in the morning, 100mg of Neurontin in the afternoon, and 300 mg of Neurontin at bedtime.  According to this Neurologist, stress and depression initially may affect the eyes and ears as these are very sensitive nerves in the body.  The neurontin was to help relax these nerves and the prozac for depression.  He was RIGHT!!!!  And I feel back to myself.  I am very thankful that this doctor finally had the guts to say it and I had the guts to think it was possible and try the medication.  DO NOT RULE OUT DEPRESSION AND STRESS or you may end up eating a gun.

This sounds suspiciously like migraines, rather than a brain tumor of any sort. I would recommend you visit a neurologist as soon as possible for a full clinical evaluation, as migraines do not respond to conventional pain medication and can be extremely debilitating. Have you been to a neurologist, yet? A "pain clinic" won't be able to provide you with the evaluation and help that you need, so please visit a neurologist if you are able.

Feel better and keep us posted on how you're doing!
