Worried about my head and back pain - can you help Bob Hilton?

Bob, i hope you dont mind me asking you this question i have seen your answers to other peoples questions and i was hoping you could help me?
For around 3 weeks now i have been getting a headache in the back of my head starting around where the ridge is and it can go right down my neck and also all the way down my spine and i have felt my legs feel weak and also my arms when the pain down my back has been bad. I have seen 4 different GPs about this (i suffer from anxiety so worry a lot) but they have put it down to tension headache/bad back/posture/imflammation/slight trapped nerve(for my legs to feel weak)the pain in the back of my head has been quite bad a few times and also had my in tears a combination of the pain and also fear of what it could be. It has also woke me from sleep around 3 or 4 times in the past week but i have got to say the pain in general seems to have eased off in the past day or two. I does not feel like a pulled muscle or tension, it seems to come from right inside my head and spine not like a pain i have ever felt, although i can control it to a point with painkillers and codeine. I have had no dizzyness, problems with my vision/walking or talking.

I did  reply to you, but I'm not sure why its not there..do u have any earlier post? you should check it...briefly, any neck pain with symptomes in the hand and /or legs esp if worsoning  while coughing, straining, bending...warrant a referal to a neurologist for a proper detailed examination and C spine imaging

    I hope this is helpful

Around 2 months ago i once woke up with a headache in the back of my head so bad that i went to the A+E at the hospital the doctor checked me out and discharged me as he could not find anything to suggest anything significant was happening he could see no signs of brain tumour/aneyrism(sorry about the spelling)
I have also had various blood tests in the past 6 months as i had been suffering chest pain so they were to determine that it was nothing serious and nothing showed up in the blood tests i have also had 3 clear chest x rays 10 normal ecgs and a normal echo i know these are not to do with my head but i thought i would give you an insight to the tests i have gone through.
In your opinion do i have anything to worry about? Should i ask my GP for a referral to a neurologist?
Also, i am 21 female slightly overweight. No family history of any brain problems.
Sorry to write such an essay but i wanted to give as much info as possible. Bob if you could respond i would be very very grateful as i would also for anyone else who takes time to read this and respond.
Many thanks to all who read
