Worried about symptoms

37 female w/ Deg. DD. Hern. disc @ L1, & 2 bulging disc, T & C.. Dr's say the bulges r min. Have Raynauds & dx'd with Fibromyalgia.
Fingers will buck by themselves, shake, will get numbness in hand & forearm, then it feels like it's stretching beyond it's bounds & burning, mostly my right arm. Will get weird sensations in my left 2.
My feet & legs stay on fire, pins, needles. Will get numbness & lightening jolts going thru them. I've had 2 episodes where the top of my legs would feel as if they were dying trees, I can barely move 2 walk, & my hips will feel like they r in a vice. My lower back will be in excruciating pain. I take all pain med b4 I go shopping. Episodes happen anyways. Nothing helps. I barely make it 2 my car. Had another epi. while sitting @ a restaurant, didn't do anything 2 push myself, was just sitting, pain was so bad I had 2 go home.
Have twitches all over my body, spasms as well, even my stomach. Cramps. Horrible migraines. It will always be really bad on 1 side, my right side the most, w/my eye feeling like it's gonna pop out & just shoot across the room.
Sometimes I will wake up & my neck will hurt so bad, I feel like a bobble head. I can't stand.
When I have the migraine ep, my eyes will droop Bowel move. r slow.
I have horrible brain fog. I can't remember anything. I 4get simple words.4get 2 pay bills. etc. & my dr ordered me a WC unable 2 walk but 4 a few minutes. Fatigued even with Cymbalta. Can't stand the heat, & feel like I am gonna pass out. Deep depression & I don't know what 2 do.
My last MRI was normal. No contrast.
Also an incident where I was moving my fingers back & forth 2 my cat, tryin 2 get her 2 play, she was uninterested, so I stopped moving my fingers,after I stopped, my arm moved back & forth by itself as if 2 mimic what my fingers had been doing.
So, my question is.........if you were me, would u get an mri with & without contrast or a spinal 2 check 4 MS?
