Worried

Hello I have been having eyelid twitches in both eyes and both eyelids for the past 1 year every day.  The twitches come and go throughout the day.  I have also gotten some other muscle twitches throughout the body but mainly the eyelids they are every day.  I'm a bite of a worrier, I experianced some trama 2 years ago from a ruptured appendix and a 3 weeks stay in the hospital.  Now I'm worried that I have MS or ALS like most people with fasculations.  I'm a 28 year old male and in the last couple months I have been working out and my strenght is increasing does this rule out possiblities of ALS or what would. Please help I have been worried for the last three years first it was possible crohns disease now possible ALS or MS or what ever could be causing constant muscle twitches.

hi, please don't worry for the things which haven't happened!.Your symptoms are not related with ALS or MS or ruptured appendix.

Please consult an Neurologist and get yourself investigated(EEG etc).Good luck!
