Wrist pain/weakness and muscle twitching

I'm a 26 year old male. I have had pain and weakness in my wrists for approximately 9 months. I originally thought carpal tunnel (I work with computers) but a nerve conduction test ruled this out. Lately the pain and weakness have traveled from my wrists up my arm (mostly on the outside edge) to my elbow.

This morning I've been experiencing muscle twitching in my left shoulder. It's been going for a couple hours now and is starting to cause me pain as well.

Is this symptomatic of a neurological issue? My wrist weakness means I'll be losing my job (and my health insurance). What can I do?

I would recommend having Ulnar Tunnel Syndrome ruled out.
