Young Male with a high WBC , migrains, vomiting ect..

I'm not sure what is going on with my friend..... I 'm very concerned he has a high WBC 18,000, he has been suffering from migrains for about three months constantly.  the hospital thought he had swelling on his brain they went and got a second opion, and they said that there was no swelling... he has had 3 MRI and several other test with nothing being found... ther was something about his skull or his brain was not sitting right that his brain was shifted to the back of his skull and sitting on the base of his spin???? not sure they said that he was born with it.. He is also haveing problems with vomiting.. they have put him on steroids and nothing is getting any better they have done a spinal tap with no abnormalities and he and his wife are running out of options... he can not eat or drink he always vomits it up he has been in and out of the hospital 12 times sence the first of march and to 2-3 specalist and no one can help them... please he is a very young man in his mid 20's with a new wife we are all so worried for him..   Oh and I don't know if this is anything to do with the other but this lst summer he was dehydred ALOT he would get heat ex. very easily... Please if anyone can help or suguest anyone or anything we live in Missouri in Saint Joseph........
