about my absence seizure

I'm 23 year-old male
I have the absence seizure since I was a child. Every time it comes with sudden headache which starts from nothing and becomes very painful just in a matter of seconds.
Painkillers cannot vanish this headache just like they do to normal headaches.
Q1: How to root out this annoying headache?

The absence seizure is just like having flood of unorganized thoughts which make the brain stops.
Or it's like drawing a tree from the stem, and when reaching the nodes, the brain got confused because it doesn't know what to do at that time and from where should he (the brain) start!!
it's a neuro disorder..

this is what the electrical signal causes.


but I have discovered something which makes absence seizure effects at low. It might be a preventive procedure!
When the flood of thoughts start to come I do the following:
1. I take rapid deep breaths ... inhale and exhale very quickly and very deeply .. ( breath makes sounds of course.... but sounds are considered better the that seizure ^_^ )
2. I do my best to stop the thoughts from increasing by thinking of what I am seeing at the time of the seizure
3.I do my best to be aware of where am I and what am I doing there ( because it makes the brain just like a white paper for while.)
4.If it comes while I'm reading, I stop reading because it makes it harder and harder!

by the way, those procedures above prevent some seizure headaches from occur :)
but sometimes it's hard to overcome that stupid seizure :(

Q2: They say: there's no way you can prevent the seizure.    is it true????
