my mother was in a car accident a week ago today she sustained numerous injuries to her brain leading to the romoval of her right frontal and temporal lobes........my mother is 46 years old and two doctors are on her trauma case unfortunately the two do not agree one says that she will have no qaulity of life what so ever meaning she will have to live in a nursing home for the rest of her life if she even ever leaves the hospitlal alive while the other urges my siblings and i to wait and see well we did for a week now and she did follow a few simple commands like squeeze hands wiggle toes and one thumbs up but she has stopped doing that for the past 2 days i dont know what to think now im so confused im looking for someone who maybe sustained similiar injuries and could tell me there story or if you know someone i dont know what to expect here i am hoping for the best but have prepared for the worst.......i love my mother and i dont want to make any wrong decision so anybodys information about quality of life after such an injury would be helpful
