adult Skull/sutures

Is it possible to feel your sagittal suture as an adult.?

This may seem like a dumb question and it probably has nothing to do with my neuro symptoms that have not been diagnosed.was just wondering.

From the front of my forehead all the way back ( only on the top ) of my head is a "line" that you can feel,
it is softer in the middle of both sides of my skull. if everything is fused when you are a baby why would it feel like this?....does anyone else feel this too? it is soft and tender. I have had mris in the past and they were normal.

The sagittal suture is located between the two parietal bones of the skull rite?
