advice needed about pelvic pain

I have chronic pain in my pelvic. It hurts the most during intercourse. i have also been told i have ibs with constipation, i have ovarian cysts and blue cyst on my cervix.i just had a bilateral hip xray, these are the findings. there is no fracture or dislocation. there a small spur originating from the superior articulating surface of the acetabulum which could represent some area of tendinosis. the periarticular fat planes appear to be unremarkable. there are several phleboliths in the pelvis. the visualized sacroiliac joint and symphysis pubis are within normal limits.
now i do not really know what all that means. i just know that i have alot of pain in my hips and it is starting to carry over to all day instead of just in certain positions. what kind of questions should i ask my dr. she is out of town for 2 weeks so i am unable to talk to her or get the answers that i need. is there anything that i should ask.
