alkaline urine in MS - what's doing

Jm. living in Poland. My mother 67 years old is sick with multiple sclerosis.
She is sick for a 28 yers back. Shes no walk, no move one hand and she have intense spastic stomach,
and chronic bladder inflammatory but she living with this all. J have lately one serious problem with my mother.
After last infection (flu) in November 1997 year my mother have serious problem with her composition urine.
She have intense alcaline urine with very numerous unform phosphoranus cristal and trinityphosphoranus amonium-magnesium
cristal. This is very dangerous for his kidneys and his lives (possibility blockade kidneys or urine canal) .
Her doctor dont know whats reason this cristal in her urine and dont know what doit with this.
My mother take many vitaminum C ( ca. 3x0.2mg for day)for pickle urine but without positive result.
