Hello I have had symptoms for about a year now. Started off with this pressure headache in the base of brain. I feel it to my jaws. Then i get shooting pains like fluid flowing and makes me feel weird. i have dizziness,motion sick feeling.(all test normal,emt,mri,cscan,lyme,sed,lupus.It feels like it is in my spine (stiff neck sometime)I get this pain in the middle of shoulder blade and my and the knott feels bigger. It makes me feel so sick, Like it all is coming from brain,spine. I developed weakness,in whole body.muscle spasms whole body. My pinky finger nonstops twitches. I have tremor feelings inside,shakey. Lost weight, not a big appetite anymore. My periods are not same. also spine mri.ok. Also i am feeling flu-like symptoms. I used to beable to drink beer,cant makes me sick (shakey)feeling. I cant walk for a long time muscles feel like i have worked out (sore).weak. Jelly feeling. (creatine,ok,ck,ok)i have alot of cracking in bones. I feel really sensitive(skin,nerves). heart palpitations,anxiety,panic,major. hypoglycemic, blood pressure on lower level. when i bend over and come up feel pass out. heart beat funny. skull feels crushing in back of brain. Get these red spots on my rt.hand and wrist (come and go)half dollar size. Get anxiety after i eat too bad. Gastro problems. I do get pain with muscle spasms. Feels like my hand are becoming more club like look, hurts to keep them straight. Floater in left eye. No speech,holding things. Oh vibration is bad for me,like driving car. Makes me feel worse. I need help bad feel like i am dieing. Is this als? i need 2know.

I cannot give you a clinical diagnosis over the internet, and its difficult for me to understand some of your text

You seem to have quite a constellation of symptoms that is difficult to localize to one particular part of the nervous system. In the setting of a normal MRI brain and spine, and a normal EMG (emt?) it is less likely to be a structural neurological disease or ALS.

It may on the onther hand be an imbalance in the hormones and chemicals in the nervous system which may be correctable by medications that work inthis area such as an SSRI or other neurotransitter based medication. Stress and anxiety can have a huge feedback effect on the nervous system and this issue may need to be addressed also, perhaps by a psychiatrist in combination with your neurologists

professionalfemale, have you looked into Arnold Chiari Malformation? Your symptoms sound very much like they could be associated with this disorder.  To find out if you have it or not, you must go to a specialist who specializes in this disorder.  You can find quite a bit about it on the net.  Good luck.

I have the SAME excat symptoms and have had the same test. I though I was reading my posts. This is all anxiety.  You do not want anymore test!  Forget about meds also.  I started having this in Jan.  Then I had the twitches and jerks, convulsions, numbness, rashes, dizziness, lightheadness 3 months of acid reflux, etc, etc, etc.  I was so scared.  I started to see a psychologist doing CBT since March.  I am so much better!  I am suffering from a form of OCD.  It is not where I am washing my hands or anything like that.  It is from being worried about my health.  Every little jerk or cough or pain and i think I have MS or asthma or cancer or ALS or heart faliure or ulcer ETC.  I am so much better since I have been getting help. I don't know where you live but if your in the Philly area I can refer you.  I also bought Lucinda Bassetts anxiety course and that has helped too.  For know get a little booklet and when you have a anxoius though write it down.  Then write a countering though.  So if your leg twitches and you think its MS write that down and then write down what the docs told you.  Then write after that your leg jerked because the muscle was so tigh from stress and know it is relaxing.  You don't have to be having a panic attack to feel anxiety symptoms.  They can be with yopu all the time.  I have also tried SAMe.  It is a natural remedy.  kind of like a anti-depressant but with no side effects or Rx.  I am getting off that now since my anxiety has really lessened.  My wife started a new business and me a new job.  Plus being in debt for $275,000 has helped start this anxiety.  But it no longer controls me.  The thing that helped me the most is the book "Hope and Help from your Nerves" and the audiobook "Pass through Panic" both by Clarie Weekes.  You can get them on amazon real cheap.  It is amazing when you read it how much it sounds like she is talking to you.  Hope this helps.    PS.  Stay off the net reading about symptoms and letting people in here telling you to test for that and this.  You and I have had more tests than most peole will ever have in there lives.  Your body has a way of telling you if your sick.  If meds test show nothing than your body is saying HELP ME RELAX!
