arachnoiditis help please

Almost a year ago I saw a doc for low back pain. He gave me epidural steroid injections to help with the pain. During the beginning of the procedure he gave me an accidental dural puncture and knew this. He saw clear fluid backing out of the needle. He still injected me with Kenalog. I woke from the procedure with a headache. (typical PDPH) The headaches morphed in to ones that are non-postural and actually can worsen when lying down. I have slowly been getting new symptoms other than headaches. Bad foot pain, like walking on glass. Bad burning pain in my spine. Severe twitching and spasms all over my body. Bladder dysfunction that is hard to explain but it is there. I have gotten a probable diagnosis of arachnoiditis and I want to know for sure. What can I do? Who can I see? Is there anyone that specializes in this?
