I am 35,had decompressive laminectomy L5,for congenital stenosis and prolapsed L5,after 14 years of symptoms.I had recurrent leg pain and neurogenic type bladder symptoms after 3 months.MRI shows extensive epidural scarring on left, compressing L5 nerve root, and fibrosis on right ENTERING THECAL SAC.from what I have read, this suggests arachnoiditis, and my problems are getting gradually worse.I also have tingling, numbness in left foot, weakness in foot and calf;loss of perineal sensation (THAT'S RECENT)I have also been getting pain and tingling in my left arm and hand, with constant neck pain-is it possible I could have cervical stenosis?I have much reduced blood pressure in left arm and much smaller radial pulse-is TOS a possiblity?Any light you can shed would be much appreciated!!!
