are these both the same disease

Is Demyelinating disease ms or a form of ms? if not why would my doctor say i have ms but put it on pape as Demyelinating disease? and whats the difference> i have all the sam symtoms as ms and whent through the same test for ms. iam even avonex. please help me here. thanks
