arm & leg weakness

I have had a numbeness in my outer thigh that has come and gone over the past 3 years.  Also I have my big toe on the opposite leg that is numb on the top of that toe, it does not come and go it stays numb all of the time.  About 3 weeks ago walking at my farm, I noticed that my legs just felt so weak and heavy.  Then about 1-1/2 weeks later now my arms are doing the same thing.  I am sometime unable to walk a straight line.  My arms get so weak and heavy I have to put my hands on my hips to help ease the aching so that I can walk and finish what I had started.  When my legs get really weak I just wobble all over the place, it is like I can't put them where I want to.  I have a disc in my C3-4 region that is bulging, also T4,5,6,7 are also bulging and I have had surgury on my L-5 years ago.  I am really getting scared about this as it just keeps getting seemingly worse day by day.  I have 2 doctor appointments next week but I am really beginning to worry now.  Can you help me understand what is going on?
