Hi there. Common causes for gait abnormalities are intoeing and outoeing, tibial torsion, bowlegs and knock-knees, club feet deformity, limping due to pain from injury, sprain, fracture, joint infection and developmental dysplasia of hip, or neuromuscular problem like cerebral palsy. You can contact NIMHANS, Bangalore or Spinal Cord Injury Centre, New Delhi for possibilities of therapy. Hope this helps. Take care and wishing all the best to the child.
