autonomic neuropathy

I was just diagnosed with idiopathic autonomic neuropathy.  I have had several problems including constant fatigue, numbness, weakness, walking difficulties, constipation, headaches with energy excertion, exercise intolerant, heat intolerant, vision problems, irritability and memory problems.  I get relief by forcing myself to rest.  But it is a constant thing I need throughout the day.  I have read through some of the post on this topic and the diagnosis seams to fit most of these.  If you can, let me know if this makes sense, or is there other things that could contribute to it.
