b12

I have low b12 (179) been trying first 500 pill, then tried 1000mcg had panic attack and sick to stomach went back to 500 started having hot flashes. Went to sublingual low dose 125mcg. had speed like effect for 5 hours and then a crash feeling did not like that at all.Afraid of shot because I am so sensitive to drugs,and heard you can really have a allergic reaction to the shot. Will go back on 500 pill. Do not know what to do my doctor just as confused.I know I can not be only one to have this problem. Any suggestions. I have been tired and a little tingling in feet. Did fell a little better when taking 500 pill but do not know if it will be enough.
