back, leg. upper arm and shoulder pain

I am in despair for a long time now i have had lower back pain it takes me over an hour to gat up straight in mornings, this is coupled with upper arm pain, shoulder pain and upper leg pain,
this is serious pain I have had lower back x rayed recommended calcium for osteophorosis, paid "200 pounds for 20 minutes with local hospitals top man, he gave me MOT and said he would not do a scan because he would not expect to find anything wrong. the pain is very bad and totally spoiling my life.Would be grateful 4 any help,
