: i also have a hard time going to the bathroom, i really have to go but when i try it just trickles out and i`m back again in a half hour, lower back is very sore when i bend over or walk up and down stairs, and when i sit down and try to get back up it is very painful, i have to bend slowly back up to walk. also left hip hurts very much after walking or standing, same with my lower back. I trip alot after walking also, its like my left foot is too tired to work anymore.
