back pain/jumping legs

  Hi! my name is faith and i am well past the point of desperation. here's my story, maybe you can help me:
  I am a 22 year old female in generally poor health but within my weight range. for the last 4 years
  i have had tremendous problems with my lower back/legs. It started out as a generalized ache
  in my hips and lower back, with a slight limp favoring my right leg. at this point, i'm in so much pain,
  almost constantly, that all i do is cry. I can't concentrate, eat or sleep. my lower back feels like its
  on fire and the feeling spreads down the outside of my legs to my ankles. I don't limp anymore, I shuffle.
  Sometimes, when I stand up, my legs collapse. When it's really bad, and I'm sitting down, my outer 2 toes on both
  feet go tingly and then numb. My legs having begun (about 5 months ago) to jerk. I looks like i'm having a sezuire from the
  waiste down. But it doesn't hurt. I get this wierd feeling in that prominent hip bone in my butt, so
  weird that I can't stand it and i have to move to get rid of it. this is all much worse when i'm sick and
  when it rains, but the jerking is only worse when i'm sick with a viral infection. (for example, strep
  throat doesn't make it worse, the flu does)
  I've had every test imaginable: enough x-rays to make me glow in the dark (showing nothing),
  2 MRI's (showing nothing), two nerve conduction studies (showing nothing), a
  bone scan (showing nothing), and 10 blood tests (showing nothing)
  I am currently on birth control pills for dysmennohrea, and soma to kill the
  jerking of my legs. (doesn't work, but i can barely see right now) i've also
  tried prozac and painkillers and daypro to no avail.
  WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?
