Hi there. You need to check the complete spine with MRI spine at examine if you have degenerative disc disease in all the levels, since only then these symptoms could be attributed. Osteoarthritis could also be causing these symptoms. Consult an orthopaedician and he would examine and best inform if there is any cause for these multiple joint involvements. You could get an x-ray of these joints to check for the pathology. Take care.
