bad shakes in hands

hi i need some advice, i  had a tramaitic experience at the start of the yr, and havent been well since hav had bad shakes in hands manily right hand, severe head aches feeling sick,tired cant sleep i was put on anti deprisents for the past 3 weeks, which i have stoped takin now for the past week as im not sure thts makin it worse, but still feel the same!  sometimes through out the day i really need sugar because i have the shakes bad and feel i really need it, feel dizzy and blurred vison at times. also pins and neddles in hands feels like they are floating somtines, its getting me down as i am a hairdresser and connot do my job as well!
have always had a slight un steady hands from the age of 13-14.
