balancing

i often feel a heaviness in my head.whenever this happens,i cannot control my walking,is like cannot balance myself.also my vision is weak,my left ear is sensitive to touch,and appears to be the one that hears louder than the other,also when i hear noise,is like in .my head theres a vibration.all these happen at once,i have been having this problem over a year now.with doctor visits and test being done am told that am normal,because theres no findings.finally am told it is stress,because am away from my family for over four years now.am 32yrs lod

It does sound like anxiety sorry to say. Not that that means you are not experiencing the sypmtoms. Your body is amazing as to what it does when things are not quite right.

Are you eating well and often? Are you putting on weight or losing it? are you sleeping ok?
All of these things (missing meals, poor sleep) can create your symptoms. Also bad breathing (hyperventilating) which you won't even realise you are doing.

Please look into the anxiety forum on this board and there will be people there who have been in your shoes and will give you some support.

My recommendations for self-help are eat regularly, never sleep in the daytime, exercise, listen to upbeat music, start helping out other people, exercise, be kind to yourself, exercise, accept every single invitation you get to a social function even if you don't want to go, and then exercise and exercise again.
