bee sting like pain on scalp

while lying on a matress on the night of nov 12, i felt a sudden pain in the back of my scalp when i tilted my head to the side - it felt like someone was pulling strands of my hear really hard. i went to sleep after but have been feeling this pain, which is not really a headache like pain, feels more like a bee sting like pain in the same location. the pain is constant but slight - however, when i tild by head backwards, the pain increases - im worried because ive never felt this kind of pain before - it feels like it may be related to a nerve that runs up my scalp

not sure this is releated but ive been having headaches on and off for some months now (maybe even a year) Ive been to the doctor atleast twice about this and even got a scan done on my brain and everything came back ok - the family doctor says its either a migrane or due to bad posture - which may be true because im always on my laptop - could this pain im having now be related ?

also, i have a slight fever (~ 98.6 f - not sure if that counts as a fever)

anybody ever feel something like this before ?

any advice ?
