been having dizzy spells, rapid heart beat and shaking

It hits first like someone just took my heart out, then i get really weak and i feel like i am going to pass out, then i start to shake uncontrollably,  It can happen when im washing dishes or in my bed about to fall asleep.  I have had a stress test, the dye shot in me, echo.  I had a tilt table test done but nothing happened on that, Has anyone ever heard of having a tilt table test done and having your blood drawn at the same time?  I heard of this while watching Medical Undiagnosed. And cannot remember what the lady had but she had similar symptoms as I do.  This has been going on for 11 years and I have all but given up on finding out what is wrong with me, also this happens to my brother and sister, so could this be some type of genetic problem with our hearts or something else.  The funny thing is, this can last three months long and then they just stop.  Then out of no where they will come back like the leach they are.  I am just desperate because I have children and do not wish this on them. I can also feel my heart beating and hear the swooshing in it if that makes any sense at all.....
