benign paroxysmal torticollis and flying

My daughter was diagnosed with bpt but unfortunatley her pediatrician is not much help to us when we have a queston about it. I was wondering if any parents out there that have children with this have ever experienced any bad results from taking your children on an airplane. I have tried to pin point what triggers my daughters espisodes but it varies so much it is hard to say. We have a trip planned for January and will need to fly with her. We have never brought her on a plane before and I'm worried that it may cause an episode. I will be able to cancel the trip if that is the case, so if any one has any information on their experiences that they could share with me I would greatly appreciate it.
