bilat distal parasthesia

for the past 60 days upon any sudden movement of my torso i get resultant bilat distal parasthesia of my second and third digits. the parasthesia resolves on it's own over a period of a few hours. in addition, at times i can cough hard with very mild, numbness through both shoulders. finally, at times it almost feels if i take a step with any force i also get numbness through bilat upper ext as well. it sounds like possibly C7 dermatome related. hx: 41 yo male. neg surg hx. neg medical hx. childhood scoliosis with resolution by early teenhood. i have have no other neurologic symptoms. grips equal, without decreased strength. no pain/chronic pain. no visual disturbances. full ROM through all joints. neg hx paternal or maternal.
