I am sorry I am not able to understand the question. Do you mean lack of blood circulation or reduced blood flow to the toe?

Quite often when lying down it feels as if my heart has stopped pumping blood through my system.  This only happens for a second or less which is immediately followed by a rush of blood resulting in pain to my right temple area.  Sometimes I get an immediate pain in the chest or heart area.
