blood patch back pain

I had a lumbar puncture about a week and a half ago followed by a blood patch 5 days afterwards due to major headaches.  While the blood patch seemed to work for the headaches I now have extreme pain in my back/hip area and pain in one of my arms.  I just now being diagnosed with MS and am not sure if this pain is from the MS or due to the blood patch.  This pain is nothing like I have felt before and is only relieved when I lie flat on my back.  When I bend or stretch the pain is excruciating.  I need help deciding where to go and what to do about the pain.
