bone lesion on frontal lobe

My 72 year old mother had an MRI and it showed atrophy of the brain and a bone lesion on the frontal lobe.  Her doctor is going to see her next week to discuss the results.  He didn't sound too concerned about this and I was wondering is this something my sisters and I should be worried about.  Does anyone have any information or ideas as to what this would be?  She is currently taken nemenda for alzheimers. Thanks for your help.
