PLEASE HELP. No medical insurance. Charity/free hospital no help. 28/male. Will be short due to space. I know nothing is 100% but I just ask for your best heartfelt advice.
SYMPTOMS: Starting 4 years ago, mild constant headache. Starting 1 year ago, severe and very disabling constant dull headache (deep in brain behind forehead, wakes me up at night), dizziness (room bounces around) and diplopia with eye movement, stiff and weak feeling in forehead muscles. All other neuro signs normal.
**MARCH 2004: normal CT (mass described below was ignored, but it was there and was about the same size and shape, but only half could be seen because only axial cuts were taken).
**MAY 2005 MRI findings (summarized): Mass of 2.5 x 3.4 cm within inferior left frontal bone immediately superior to the orbital roof. Portions involve the frontal sinus. No extention into orbit. No edema. No def. intracranial extention. With contrast there is enhancement throughout...Possible paranasal sinus tumor or osseous tumor (lymphoma), or intra-osseous meningioma.
**Later, I have a nuclear medicine study (bonescan) and it says "there is intense focal uptake and based on comparison there is indicating likely fibrous dysplasia."
One doc has described this as an "AREA OF INFLAMATION (inflammation)" and has made no suggestions (what is inflamation (inflammation) in this case mean?)
My questions to you is what should I do? I am lost really, should I go somewhere looking for surgical removal? (I would do anything to improve). I just need someone to tell me what to do, I can't do this alone. Please help, thank you

I cannot give you a medical opinion over the internet as this site is purely educational
I suggest that you seek treatment for chronic headache from a good headache neurologist who can sort out whether the bony tumor is a red herring for the headache or not. Either way, your headaches need treatment, and this is probably your primary problem
