bottom of feet

The bottom of my feet feel like a piece of  tape is stuck on the ball of my feet.  My feet also have a burning sensation, and will not stay still at night when I am trying to go to sleep.Some times the large toe gets an electrical impulse that makes my foot very uncomfortable.  Also the ends of the toes are numb of the touch and very painfull if you just barely touch them.  I take Mirapex for restless leg syndrom (syndrome) that makes my legs not so  jumpy but it does not seem to help the feet at all.

Have you had any EMG and/or NCS testing/studies done?
