could a injury to the jaw ie broken or off line due to a accident cause in time a sub arachnoid brain hemorrage,approx around three years after the accident.

It would be unlikely that a subarachnoid hemorrhage (SH) would result from a purely jaw-related fracture, especially occurring too long from the time of initial injury.

However, trauma is not the only cause of SH.  Other causes include intracranial arteriovenous malformations, hypertension, intracranial saccular aneurysms, and, rarely, some types of tumors and blood dyscrasias.
