brain atrophy

my 5 year old son is suffering from brain atrophy and his recent MRI report is as follows

The study shows diffuse cerebral atrophy sen a prominent sulci,gyri,cisternal spaces and ventricular system.
Normal signal intensity is seen in the cerebral hemispheres, basal ganglia, mid brain, pons, medulla and cerebellar hemispheres.
Myelination pattern is normal.
Normal flow voids are maintained.
Calvaria, orbits, para nasal sinuses and mastoids are normal.
IMPRESSION- Diffuse cerebral atrophy
