brain cyst lesion in left basal ganglia

brain cyst lesion in left basal ganglia

I recently ended up in the ER with symptoms of headache, nauseous and a weird floaty/dizzy feeling.  They kept me 4 days and the MRI showed a cyst lesion in the left basal ganglia that measures .7 x .6 x .4 inches.  My sister does specialty radiology and walked through the MRI/MRA views with me.  It has fluid in it, but doesn't reflect like it would if it was cancerous.  My regular doctor is sending me to ENT next Wednesday.  Why would I go to an ENT doctor for a brain lesion?  Should I follow up with a neurologist, or stick with my regular doctor and the ENT?

Still have the wavy/dizzy feeling and headaches.  Vision is still cloudy on the right side, which is weird since the cyst is on my left side.  Any ideas on that?  Any response would be appreciated.  Thanks!
