brain lesions after shingles

by Donna641, Feb 16, 2009 07:32AM
One year ago my husband had shingles on the top right side of his head. He was treated and the rash cleared, but still had severe headaches and itching in the affected area. Our doctor had both a cat scan and mri done wich showed 2 brain lesions. These were not there before. The headaches and dizzines are still with him. Is this normal? Will this ever heal? Is there any meds to help him. This is severely affecting his sleep and he has a very hard time focusing. Please help what can we do?
