brain lesions

by coreen1975, Nov 03, 2008 09:29AM
hello
i had meningitus (virul) a few years ago and i had some problems after recovery. i ended up haveing to see a nuerologist who diagnosed m.e as what i had been left with. since then i have had to have repeated mri scans and the last two i had 1 showed some shadows on the right hand side of the brain. the most recent one as shown that i have lesions in the grey and white matter. i have had bad pains and alot of weakness recently and i feel that my m.e seems to be used as a diagnosis when i see my gp. i would like to know more on them as i feel that no one is sittin me down to explain what ive done wrong to have got them. thanks, coreen

It is very difficult to respond to your question when you are using an abbreviation I am not familiar with. What do you mean by m.e ? This is not a medical term nor an abbreviation that I am familiar with.
