brain shock

I've been having what i can only describe as electric shock type sensations that go through my brain and down to  my tongue numbing it for about 30 secs depending on the strength of the shock which happens when I turn my head in either direction occasionally. Ive been having these since i was a kid and am now in my early 30s although they seem to have become more frequent of late, every 2 weeks on average. I'm perfectly healthy and have no ailments and on no form of medication. Any help would be much   appreciated .

Does it kinda feel like a electrical crumble ? A krispy feeling inside your brain ?
I've had this since childhood and I have MS.
