Hi, relax signs for brain tumor can range from headache to fits. All headaches are not tumor related. Usually focal neurological deficits like weakness in any of the limbs, alteration in pupil size of one eye, seizures, hypertension, low pulse rate, vomiting etc are seen.

The symptoms are associated with compression of relevant or related brain structure. Headaches during morning could be due to sinusitis, hypertension etc. Try ibuprofen or 650mg of paracetamol for couple of days, if no improvement is seen, get MRI brain done or consult neurologist.
