yes.i have been facing with the same problems for this few days already and it kinda irritating. as long as i can remember,im having breathing problems since i was still small and the cause of it would be my allergies (lactose intollerant). i have consulted a doctor about my current breathing problem but she said im perfectly healthy. i was sent to the cardiologist to check my heart but still there was nothing wrong. is there any other probs that can cause breathing problems?

Hi,

Since your lungs and heart are clear chances are that your breathing problems are due to anxiety and depression.
I would suggest you to do some deep breathing exercises everyday. They will help in self relaxation. Also take some nutritional supplements with Iron because anemia can also cause breathlessness.

Hope this helps!
