bulging eye

I have been getting undiagnosed pain in my right eye for the last 2 or 3 years. Also I developed a circular blurry spot in my vision. A visit to the opthalmologist resulted in a floater diagnosis but didn't explain the pain on looking downward and to the right. A have fibromyalgia and have heard that eye pain can be present in this condition. I do get alot of headaches on that side. I also get migraines at times but the pain is always on the left. I have been feeling really confused lately and my headaches feel like there is pressure behind my eye. Now what really has me worried is that I can feel that my right eyeball is bulging forward and upwards compared to the other one. If I push on my good eye I can feel it sink back into the orbit easily but when I press on the bad eye I feel a slight resistance. Off and on I have gotten pain in my right ear as well that seemed to radiate to my right nostril. The doctors saw nothing unusual. I had surgery to remove a cholesteatoma from that ear 30 years ago. Does this all sound serious to you?

Please consult a neuroopthalmologist.He would rule out and check for any neurological involvement in your eye symptoms
Do a blood work and check if you have any thyroid problems.Check your blood pressure.You should be having a high blood pressure .
