You have not mentioned whether the tumour is too small. If it is of the size of half an inch, it may cause symptoms. The burning in eyes may be due to pressurePressure ulcer on the optic nerves (caused by pituitary gland tumour), which are close to pituitary gland. It may also cause loss of vision. Pituitary tumours also result in Permanent hormone imbalance which may be the cause of burning feet.
If the tumour is too small, the symptoms may be caused by nerveNerve biopsy Nerve conduction velocity damage and the main cause could be Multiple sclerosis.
