burning feet

I have had burning feet from age 10. I would literally put my feet out the door in the snow and almost fall asleep just to cool them down.
I suffer from kidney stone from about the same age if I recall correctly. From the time I turned 20 to the age of 46 I have never had too much of a problem, however I would pass a stone from time to time about once a year. 3 years ago I had a 6.5 mm kidney stone removed and about that same time I have been experiencing server burning in both my feet and have now traveled up to my knees. The worst time is late afternoon and when I lay down the pain is worse.
I just had another kidney stone removed 3 month ago and due to all the pain meds did not notice the burning but now the meds are gone and the burning is returning with a vengeance. No doctor will prescribe any type of real pain meds and they have given me everything that does not work I don’t drink because if I take just a sip I suffer a server headache.  No insurance will cover me now because I have been diagnosed with neuropathy. I have come to the end and not sure how much more I can handle. What do I have and how can I treat it? please email me at ***@**** I may never find this forem again. I have been searching the web despratlely.
Thank you
Randy

Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum has written about treating neuropathic pain.
Effective Treatment for Neuropathic (Nerve) Pain

Also, take magnesium and vitamin B6 supplements to help stop the formation of kidney stones.
