Thank you for your question. Although without being able to examine you I can not offer you the specific advice on diagnosis and treatment that you need, but I would try to provide you some relevant information about your health concern.

From your description of burning symptoms, it appears that due to clot disorder it may be leading to formation of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) that is a dysfunction of deep valves of veins. Symptoms appear as painful, burning, red, and warm leg. Sometimes DVT can lead to pulmonary embolism, when the clot dislodges from its site and travels to the lungs & appears as chest heaviness. Another possibility in your case could be a spine disc prolapse or degeneration. By the reason of that nerves from the spinal cord can be irritated causing leg/thigh pain and numbness, tingling, or weakness in the leg. Few persons also face generalized body weakness and numbness due to other nerve irritation on back. If you suffer continuous weakness and notice reduced strength of muscle bulk in leg, please arrange an appointment with a neurologist right away who will evaluate the possibilities here. Hope this information proves helpful to you. Take Care & Regards!!!

Ahhh, so glad to know that I am not alone. I've been diagnosed has having migraine. But this burning symptoms came after a Simcor (med. reaction). I've been told by 2 diff. nuerologist and family dr that this is not med allergy.

Other meds that I am on 30 mg. Ellevil, 10 mg. Lexapro and 150 mg. Wellbutrin

The burning symptoms are all over, front face, front-back neck, arms, chest, shoulders, back, thighs, calves and feet. My feet are numb and my fingers are numb.

Been tested for MS w/ MRI and NCS - negative. Lyme and CReactive protein negative. Now am being seen by a Rheumologist who thinks that it is some form of pain manifestation, from migraine. Ugh??????  He is testing me for repeat Lyme and new test, Vit. D. deficiency, ANA, Kidney/liver.. The rheumologist wants to check into diff. type of med and change my meds around.
