burning sensation to the face

my daughter is 13 her face started to burn yesterday morning and its getting worse we have tried various things to try and ease it like cold water, ice packs, and cream that is for soreness and lots of other things please help i dont know what to do to help her

Thank you for your question. If she is having continuous symptoms, then it may most likely occur due to nerve irritation (neuralgia) , neuropathy or lack of blood supply. I would recommend that you consult with your doctor to evaluate above mentioned possibilities in details. Hope this helps.

Take her to a primary care doctor, or preferably a dermatologist if the skin appears to be red or rash like.  I am not a doctor but that is what I would do.
