burning skin sensation

i am a female 25 yrs of age (African origin)  that has been experiencing a severe burning sensation from the waist downwards. It is a sensation that feels like the flesh inside the body is burning. There is no other symptoms on the skin. When it happens although the skin is like burning inside the skin temperature on touch is normal. The symptoms come unexpectantly and disappear for some time. I am not on contraceptives or any other drugs. Please help. PONTSHO

Hi...I'm not an expert but just wanted to let you know I have the same exact thing going on.  Mine has been happening for over a year now and comes and goes but is present every day.  I also have a whole lot of other symptoms and I am currently being tested for Lupus.  So far the doctors only tell me I have stress and anxiety.
